of 1901.

I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled

An Ordinance for the Naturalization of Síú Yün-Pai, alias Síú Yün-Pang, alias Síú Knok-Yeung, alias Siú Kú-ying, alias Síú Yün-fing

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to

the Governor's Instructions, and that the Royal Assent may properly be given thereto.
